Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing Times

  • Original Paintings: Please allow 5–7 business days for professional crating and drying checks before dispatch.

  • Art Prints: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • We do not ship on Sundays or National Holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Service Providers: We partner with premium couriers including BlueDart, Delhivery, and Shiprocket to ensure the safest handling of your art.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the volumetric weight and your PIN code.

  • Delivery Timeline: * Metros: 3–5 business days post-dispatch.

    • Rest of India: 5–10 business days post-dispatch.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

3. Packaging & Safety

Every artwork is packed using museum-grade standards:

  • Framed/Canvas Art: Wrapped in acid-free glassine paper, multiple layers of bubble wrap, and secured in double-walled corrugated boxes.

Important Notices

  • Correct Address: Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are 100% accurate. Re-shipping charges due to incorrect addresses will be borne by the customer.

  • Proof of Delivery: Our couriers may require an OTP or signature. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package to avoid "Returned to Origin" (RTO) scenarios.
