Returns & Cancellations

1. Returns (Original Art & Prints)

Due to the delicate nature of original artwork, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges based on a "change of mind." We encourage you to review all high-resolution photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Damage in Transit (The "Golden Rule")

We take extreme care in packing, but in the rare event that your art arrives damaged:

  • Requirement: You must record an unboxing video starting from the sealed package to the reveal of the damage. This is required by our courier partners for insurance claims.

  • Reporting: Contact us at contactus@siennahuestudio.com within 24 hours of delivery with the video and photos of the damage.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will either arrange for a professional restoration (if possible), a replacement (for prints), or a full refund.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the artwork has been packed or dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
